CAFS-IFST Sensory Evaluation Laboratory

The Sensory Evaluation Laboratory is a center for research and instruction in sensory evaluation and product development at UPLB. The laboratory also provides services to private companies/ individuals, state colleges and universities and other organizations regarding their respective sensory evaluation and product development needs.
