General:
To help communities be disaster prepared through capacity-building activities on DRR-CCA.
Specific:
1. To complement the existing capacity building needs of communities;
2. To facilitate learning exchanges in documenting and sharing best practices in DRR-CCA between and among UPLB and communities;
3. To relay scientific information in ways that can be readily understood and used by communities;
4. To sharpen the skills and enhance knowledge of communities with DRR-CCA e.g risk communication |
