‘Pag-asa 5’ mungbean can be harvested 60-76 days after emergence. It has shiny green seeds with a seed yield range of 1.1-1.5 tons/ha. Seeds contain 22.89% protein, 57.33% carbohydrates, and 34.7% starch. This variety is recommended for dry and wet season planting, performs well under post-rice conditions, and is tolerant to water logging.
