UPL Sp-1 Sweet Potato
UPL Sp-1 or ‘Kinabakab’ sweet potato yields 21 tons/ha and contains 34% dry matter content and 28% starch. Its tuberous roots have purple skin and white flesh. The roots can be harvested 100-120 days from planting. This variety is resistant to scab disease and tolerant to acid soils.
