UPL Sp-3 Sweet Potato
UPL Sp-3 or ‘Tinipay’ sweet potato has green leaves and tuberous roots that have cream skin and cream flesh. It yields 18 tons/ha and contains 38% dry matter and 31% starch. Harvest maturity is 100-120 days from planting. This variety is resistant to scab under field conditions and adapted to all regions of the Philippines.
