UPL Sp-9 Sweet Potato
UPL Sp-9 sweet potato has green foliage with purple base. Its tuberous roots have light purple to reddish skin and white flesh. It has an average fresh root yield of 12.0 tons/ha with root dry matter content of 32.5% and starch content of 21.1%. Harvest maturity is 105 to 120 days. This variety is resistant to scab and weevil under field conditions and is adapted to all regions in the Philippines.
