UPL Sp-11 sweet potato has green foliage with purple margins. Its obovate roots have dark purple skin and white flesh that is suitable for starch production. It yields 16.3 tons/ha and contains 32.9% root dry matter, 23.8% root starch, and 1.77% root protein. Roots can be harvested 105 to 120 days from planting. This variety is resistant to scab and weevil under field conditions and is adapted to all regions of the Philippines.
