UPL Sp-16 Sweet Potato

UPL Sp-16 sweet potato has green foliage with slightly toothed leaves. Its roots have salmon skin and cream flesh. It has an average fresh root yield of 13.4 tons/ha with 31.8% root dry matter content and 26.1%% starch content. Harvest maturity is 105 to 120 days. This variety is resistant to scab and weevil under field conditions and is adapted to all regions in the Philippines.
