Amihan Bush Sitao

‘Amihan’ is a spreading-type all-season bush sitao variety. It flowers 37-38 days after planting. Pods are harvestable as early as 45-47 days with a picking period that lasts for 30 days. It has dark green pods, 24.30 cm long with light brown seeds. It has a fresh pod yield of 9.13 tons/ha during the dry season or 8.86 tons/ha during the wet season. ‘Amihan’ has high field resistance to fusarium wilt, rust and mosaic virus. It has moderate tolerance to leaf miner.
