It has white bracts with one larger bract with many small unexpanded bracts in a cluster which is similar to a bouquet. Calyx lobes are all petaloid , and the corolla lobes are cadmium orange and canary yellow at the center. It takes weeks before the flower’s color starts to fade. This variety is named after the first woman president of the University of the Philippines System.
