Dairy soy is a nutritious drink that contains the health benefits obtained from both milk and soybean. The objective is to augment dairy milk which is in very much short of supply, thereby promoting soy production and soymilk utilization. Dairy soy can have three combinations: 50:50, 60:40 and 40:60 soymilk to cow’s milk. Strawberry flavor was the most acceptable at 40:60 combination of soymilk to cow’s milk. The 60:40 combination of soymilk to cow’s milk approximates the composition of typical cow’s milk.
