Milko-Jel is a simple recipe which appeals to consumers as it is a sweetened version of fresh milk. The product is made by making milk into a soft gel with gulaman bars and colored by adding yellow coloring. It is topped with caramel and diced fruit toppings such as pineapple tidbits, banana and avocado.
