Household Level Processing of Ice Cream without Traditional Ice Cream Maker
A modified method of making ice cream at the household level without the use of the traditional ice cream maker was developed. The method uses an eggbeater and a bowl in freezing the ice cream mix without the aid of ice and salt. The modified method could be used in a household with a freezer to prepare an ice cream.
