Coconut-Filled White Soft Cheese
The coconut-filled white soft cheese is made from 60% pure coconut milk and 40% non-fat dry milk. The product is comparable to the white soft cheese made from 100% cow’s or carabao’s milk as to moisture content, fat, protein, salt, and sensory evaluation.
