Coconut Water Vinegar Production
This simple, economical and shortened method for coconut water vinegar production. can be easily adopted in the rural areas since there are no sophisticated equipment involved and very small capital is needed. The procedure assures the producer of high quality vinegar (4.0% acetic acid) weekly which is comparable if not better than leading non-synthetic brands in the market.
