The AMDP forage chopper is equipped with cutting blades made of high-quality steel and heavy-duty material which can cut different forage materials and agricultural residues such as napier grass, rice straw, corn stover, sugar cane stalks, water lily, and others. It has a mechanical feeder and a belt conveyor for easy and safe feeding of materials. The materials are laid on the conveyor; the mechanical feeder controls the feeding of the materials to obtain a uniform length of cut. It can be operated by 2-3 people. It is powered by a 7-10 hp diesel engine. Cutting capacity for napier grass with a length of 1-2 cm is 1.5-2 tons/hr.
