Hot Water Treatment Protocol for ‘Carabao’ mango and ‘Solo’ Papaya
Hot water treatment (HWT) is a physical method found effective to control postharvest diseases such as anthracnose and stem-end rot in fruits. The HWT protocol for ‘Carabao’ mango and ‘Solo papaya have been established using a hot water tank. This procedure can now be used for papaya while it is already used commercially by mango traders in their local and export marketing.
