Hot Water Tank
The heating tank for hot water treatment of mangoes was built using sheet metal construction. A small heating chamber is used to heat the water to the required temperature. A digital thermostat automatically controls the water temperature. Hot water is pumped to a larger dipping chamber where fruits are treated. The hot water tank is available in two sizes that can accommodate either four crates (20kg/crate) or eight crates of fruit at a time.
