SESAM-Integrated Studies Center for Water

In response to the water security challenges of our country, UPLB formalized the establishment of the Interdisciplinary Studies Center for Water as part of its interdisciplinary research thrust to RDE programs. UPLB Interdisciplinary Studies Center for Water envisions to be a center of excellence in research, development, and extension towards water security for all. The center seeks to generate science-based information for efficient, equitable and sustainable management of water resources. The center’s goal is to sustainably manage water resources for national development through interdisciplinary research, responsive policy, partnership, and capacity-building.
