An introduction to termite baiting and use of physical barrier and a field trip to a commercial termite control company are included; designed for pest control operators, quarantine officers and research/academic personnel who wish to gain basic understanding of the biology and control of these wood boring insects.

The Master of Management Midyear Program is an annual activity of the Department of Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship, College of Economics and Management, University of the Philippines Los Baños. It is a preparatory activity for incoming Master of Management students.
It also caters to those who want to have a refresher or short-term course
on management. The midyear program is a 5-weekend course (Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays) offering offered from June 14 to July 19, 2019.
It consists of three modules: Introduction to Management and Business Functions (Module I), Quantitative Approaches to Management (Module II), and Accounting (Module III). Participants who successfully passed the midyear program will be recommended to the Graduate School. Additional modules on Introduction to Agribusiness Management and Managerial Economics are offered to MM-ABME majors.
