This five-day workshop aims to provide hands-on training on genomic DNA isolation, DNA quantitation, agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA amplification using gene-specific and SSR markers, and basic bioinformatics analysis, specifically primer design, SSR scoring, and DNA sequence analysis.
