The program aims to offer doctoral degrees to senior officials of governments or individuals serving in equivalent leading positions of Asian countries who already possess a master’s degree and wish to continue their studies by providing a quality education program that combines teaching at Nagoya University Asian Satellite Campuses conducted in collaboration with Nagoya University’s main campus, and short-term intensive academic activities at the main campus in Japan, enabling students to continue their career in the current posts while deepening their knowledge and experience.

The application period is from 3 February 2025 to 21 March 2025.

The Department of Science and Technology is calling for mutually beneficial and collaborative project proposals for implementation in the 1st Quarter of 2025 in any of the identified priority areas.

Interested parties are advised to coordinate with prospective counterpart/collaborator in Taiwan to craft the capsule proposals. The Filipino researcher must submit the capsule proposals to the respective DOST Council while the Taiwanese counterpart will submit the same to NSTC for review and evaluation.
