OC Memorandum No. 045 s.2022, Guidelines on the Submission of the REPS Service Record (RSR) and Progress Reports, and Important Dates
All REPS are required to submit their REPS Service Record (RSR) to the OVCRE on the specified dates indicated in the memo.
The RSR measures REPS workload and productivity, and serves as basis for renewing temporary appointments, promotion, recommendation for tenure, and granting incentives for qualified UP personnel.
