CG95-02-04 or ‘Rajah 1’ is an all-purpose cassava variety suitable for food, starch, and feed production. It has white flesh and pink cortex with fresh root yield of 27.7 tons/ha It contains 36.5% root dry matter and 25.1% root starch. It is moderately resistant to spider mites, scale insects, bacterial blight and leaf spot under field conditions. Harvest maturity is 10 months after planting. It can be grown in all regions of the Philippines.
