Banahaw White Potato
‘Banahaw’ is a table-type white potato variety. It has an average tuber weight of 75.1 grams and yields 16.5 tons/ha. Tubers can be harvested 80-85 days from planting. This variety is drought and heat tolerant (with outstanding performance in lowland tropical conditions), hence, recommended for planting in irrigated lowland farms with light soil.
