Hibiscus rosa-sinensis ‘Emerlinda R. Roman’ has medium to large flowers, lemon yellow petals with red eye zone and prominent brownish halo. Plants are semi-spreading with medium height. It is part of the UPLB Hibiscus Hybrids - Oblation Series.
