‘Doña Esperanza’ has only one calyx lobe in the inforescence much enlarged, the rest partially or not expanded at all; ovate-elliptic to ovate-orbicular; above, creamy-white suffuse with orient pink, margin darker claret rose. The variety bears fruits and is named after the wife of former President Sergio Osmeña.
