‘CADTRI’ Modified Low-Fat Fresh Soft Cheese from Coconut Milk and Skimmilk Powder Blend
CADTRI cheese is a modified low-fat fresh soft cheese made from cheaper blend of water-extracted coconut milk and skimmilk powder by salting and pasteurizing the blend before coagulating it with IFS-6 milk coagulant, cutting, draining, and finally knitting it before blocking and packaging. CADTRI can substitute for the traditional kesong puti especially when fresh cow and carabao’s milk is not available.
