Non-Fat Yogurt Drink
Sweetened reconstituted skim milk (RSM) and full cream (FM) yogurt drinks developed have high ratings for taste, smell and color/appearance, with the 8% RSM yogurt drink having the best consistency, which is considered desirable for a yogurt drink. The 8% RSM sweetened yogurt drink is highly acceptable to consumers. Non-fat but sweetened yogurt drink can be produced from 8% reconstituted skim milk.
