Niyogurt is a low-fat stirred-type fruit yogurt made out of a blend of powder by homogenizing and pasteurizing it first, adding sugar, cultures of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus and pineapple tidbits; and finally fermenting it for three hours at 46°C. It is then chilled overnight, stirred and packed.
