Calamias Prunes
Calamias is an underutilized fruit which can be used by micro food entreprises. The whole calamias is steeped up for several days until the syrup is highly concentrated. The product is black, sweet and leathery. The cost of pilot scale production is P2.00 per unpacked piece.
