E. coli DAS Kit
E. coli DAS kit is a DNA-based detection kit for E. coli in food, feeds, and water, which was developed through funding from DOST-PCAARRD. E. coli DAS kit uses PCR technique using specific primers to multiply the regions in DNA of E. coli with much specificity and accuracy. Initial detection showed 100% agreement for water and dairy samples.
